Ending a run of 34 weeks in which an overseas act has topped the chart, James Arthur brings it home with Say You Won't Let Go (2-1, 84,842 sales, including 43,623 from streams), the introductory single from his upcoming second album, Back From The Edge. The 28-year old Yorkshireman was the winner of The X Factor in 2012, scoring his only previous No.1 with his coronation single, Impossible, which spent three weeks at the summit, in 2012/3.
