Boiler Room launches brand agency, unveils four-day festival

Boiler Room has announced details of its first festival in October.

Boiler Room Festival will take place over four days in Peckham’s Copeland Park Estate, and will be broadcast live via the online club culture music platform.

From October 9-12, the curated days will each cover jazz, rap, bass and club music. Additional satellite events will be taking place throughout London with locations and line-ups all to be announced

The festival is the first project from Brand Labs, Boiler Room’s new brand and youth-focused agency. The event is staged in partnership with Pernod Ricard.

The hub of Boiler Room Festival, the Copeland Park Basecamp, will attract 20,000 people for parties and performances across interconnected warehouses and public spaces. Stages will be hosted by drinks brands including Absolut, Beefeater, Jameson and Ballantines.

Blaise Bellville

Blaise Bellville, CEO Boiler Room, said: “With our first ever Boiler Room Festival we wanted to represent some of the most exciting music movements and underground scenes in the UK right now. Partnering with the emerging DJs, artists and collectives who are shaping contemporary club culture, and giving them the biggest stage we can.”

Founded in 2010 by Bellville, Boiler Room supports underground emerging artists and provides a platform for them to reach new audiences globally.
