The BPI is due to take a privately investigated and prosecuted case to criminal trial later this month, in relation to a file-sharing forum known as Dancing Jesus.
Dancing Jesus was taken down in 2011 following an investigation carried out by the BPI and the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI), with help from the Department of Homeland Security, who seized the site’s server in the US.
