A great opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Assistant to work alongside the Digital Marketing Executive (DME), designing and planning online marketing campaigns and managing social media and other ad-hoc online acquisition channels within brand guidelines. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day engagement activities with social communities
  • Posting and editorialising content and mixed media
  • Supporting the DME with planning, co-coordination and implementation of campaigns
  • Provide clear campaign tracking, measurement, evaluation and reporting demonstrating ROI where relevant
  • Regularly distilling data and trends to create insights, actionable next steps and reports that help inform the digital marketing department and key stakeholders
  • Helping create and manage editorial content calendars, monitoring online conversations and participating in those conversations to build awareness of the brand
  • Identifying new trends, tools and ideas that can help drive the key goals of the digital marketing department: audience growth, website traffic and revenue

Requirements:

Passionate about dance music, you’ll have in-depth knowledge of the dance music scene and current digital music trends along with relevant work experience gained in a digital marketing or social media role. You will have advanced knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms and hands on experience of using and acting on data collected from analytics platforms (inc. Google Analytics and Facebook Insights). Always looking for new learning opportunities, you’ll take responsibility for your personal development ensuring your knowledge and skills are up to date.

It’s key that you demonstrate impeccable communication and copy-writing skills with good attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.

A self starter with confidence and initiative, you’ll be able to work independently, prioritising multiple projects whilst also demonstrating you’re a team player with an inclusive and collaborative approach.
