Handle Recruitment are looking for an IMMEDIATELY AVALIABLE Marketing Manager to join this dynamic start-up Live Music Events company. In this fast-paced role you will be responsible for managing and delivering a complete, strategic marketing campaign for summer music events. With an overall brief to sell the maximum tickets to the event, but moreover to position the company as a leading live music brand.

  • Managing direct relationships with promoters, relevant record labels and artist managers, associated sponsors and appointed media and PR agencies; you will be fully responsible to implement and manage the marketing campaign.
  • Working alongside key internal stakeholders to oversee online and social media activities; assist in the development of additional sales, monitor budgets and modify campaigns to maximise sales; and provide support to the rest of the team.

The successful candidate will be free immediately and possess strong knowledge of the Music and Live Entertainment industry, with management experience and knowledge of venue, promoter or record label marketing.

Additionally you will have proven project management skills including analytics, national and local media buying, the ability to manage substantial, complex budgets, and a thorough knowledge of UK media, including press, radio, TV and digital.

An amazing role for an accomplished, driven and commercial candidate with the ability to combine analysis with creativity in order to develop new ideas from results to fruition. This is initially being considered as a short term contract but for the right candidate could also offer a long term permanent career opportunity.
