BRITs winners and performers see surge in Spotify streams

BRITs winners and performers across the board saw significant spikes in Spotify streams as a result of the ceremony on Wednesday night.

Taken from Wednesday, February 19 and Thursday, February 20, David Bowie benefitted from one of the biggest surges in streaming, with his single Where Are We Now up by 196% overnight.

Meanwhile, Arctic Monkeys, who picked up two gongs on the night, saw their single R U Mine increase in streams by 75%.
