IMMF expands on 'transparency and fairness' directive

The IMMF has called for an "obligation for absolute transparency" between digital services and rights-holders, placing particular importance on licensing deals signed for streaming services.

During a press conference held today at Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, director of policy flow at IMMF, Jake Beaumont-Nesbitt (pictured), said the organisation had a "long list of themes relating to a number of issues" that they intend to address.
