Starbucks has entered the streaming age, just a few months after scrapping CDs from its shelves, with the signing of a new deal with Spotify.
The partnership will be rolled out at Starbucks’ US company-owned locations initially, followed shortly thereafter in Canada and the United Kingdom.
Starbucks 150,000 US-based employees, which the company refers to as 'partners' will receive a Spotify Premium subscription, followed shortly thereafter by ‘partners’ in Canada and the UK.
