Spotify’s marketing platform, Spotify for Brands, is launching two new video ad formats, Sponsored Sessions and Video Takeover.
With Sponsored Sessions, Spotify Free users will be able to opt in to watch a brand-sponsored video spot in exchange for 30 minutes of uninterrupted music. Brands can also sponsor video ad breaks on desktop with Video Takeover.
