Job Function: To manage and deliver the content of events at Under the Bridge including corporate events, private events, showcases, public music events and match days.
To ensure the smooth operational running of Under the Bridge.
Setting financial targets and work within the budget and generate revenue through events. Set and deliver all marketing campaigns.
Accountability: Sales for events against targets and budgets. Overall management of venue. Operational delivery of events against expectations.
Management of operations, food and beverage, events and technical manager.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To manage and deliver the content of events at Under the Bridge including all private events, showcases, filming and public music events.
2. Strategic event planning for the financial year in order to optimise revenues and prioritise developments.
3. Development of forecasted budgets per year and management of profit and loss expectations.
4. 4.Oversee management of venue through working with all different departments including Meetings and Events, Business Development, Levy, Security, Health and Safety, Facilities, Hospitality, Finance and Marketing.
5. Manage the commercial targets of Under the Bridge through working to the budget and forecasting future events.
6. Update sales and marketing plan for each type of event and delivery of strategy for match days.
7. Work closely with Chelsea marketing team on delivering strategy.
8. Manage 3rd parties including PR companies to ensure they deliver to our expectations.
9. Working alongside other event planners for internal high profile VIP events.
10. Working with internal sponsorship and venue team along with 3rd parties.
11. High level of communication with relevant departments in the delivery of each specific event.
12. Working closely with the venue team including meetings and events, business development, Marco and Frankies and the Hotel
13. Oversee and develop marketing plans for Under the Bridge and specific events.
14. Excellent brand and company knowledge.
15. Liaising and management of suppliers, clients and 3rd parties.
16. Communicating with Stamford Bridge Projects management team.
17. Attend all senior management meetings as required.
18. Planning ahead and ensuring adequate resources are available.
19. Keeping up to date with competitors and other relevant companies.
20. Ensure that all clients receive the highest levels of customer service and product quality point of enquiry, through to deliverance of each event.
