Coalition Agency act as live agent for some of the biggest names and brands in mainstream entertainment, from Radio 1 presenters Nick Grimshaw and Scott Mills, online sensations Arron Crascall and Jack Maynard, to Ministry of Sound and Hedkandi. Our live department is getting ever bigger, as are the touring artists and brands we represent, and we’re looking for an ambitious superstar to join the team.
Your role will include…
- Contracting all formal offers - ensuring each contract has the relevant information for each show/promoter including bespoke payment terms
- Advancing all agency shows
- Overseeing funds chasing and financials
- Responsibility for all tour accounting and settlements
- Seeking and confirming all artwork approvals
- Preparing and executing announcements and on-sales
- Overseeing ticket counts
- Responsible for building promoter network by researching shows
- Pitching for support slots
- Assist in training for new recruits
- Booking for development acts
- Attend shows on behalf of (and with) agent and represent Coalition
- Be presented at some pitch/A&R meetings
- Contributing to internal strategy meetings
- Bring new artists to the A&R meeting for potential signing
