Involved Management is looking for a motivated Management Assistant to join a fast growing team responsible for global acts including Above & Beyond, Dusky, Mat Zo and Lane 8.
We are looking for highly organised, motivated individuals with can-do attitudes, instinctive initiative and sharp minds. Candidates should have a deep passion for our music, as well as exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail. As a growing company, there is room for the role to expand for those who show exceptional application. Two years minimum music industry experience is required.
Outline of main tasks:
• Diary management across multiple artists, including travel bookings, accommodation and itineraries
• Acting as both proactive and reactive problem solver and solution finder for all artists and management team
• Assistance and creative input across production, press and marketing - including sourcing/booking production companies, stylists, photographers and creatives
• Acting as first contact where required, as well as assistance wherever required across the management team
• Event promotion and management, including implementing promotion/social media plans, reporting of progress across teams and overseeing guestlists, production and events logistics
• Budget management and project reporting
• Maintenance of social networks for both artists and company

• A sense of humour and a sympathetic response to the overuse of puns
• Two years minimum music industry experience
