Assistant to head of touring and production for a busy management company. A driven, pro-active individual required. Some prior knowledge of the live music industry preferred but equally experience in TV production, music agencies, events will not be discounted. Needs to be a very organised and methodical individual. Job is office based but some requirement for working on site will be required to further practical skillsets to aid the role
Roles
- Diary management
- Working with touring teams on logistics and budgets
- Researching travel logistics
- Liaising with supply companies, booking services and managing quotes
- Creating purchase orders
- Collating technical riders and assisting with show advance
Skills required
- Ability to manage and prioritise work in a fast paced environment
- Computer literate with knowledge of cloud based storage, spreadsheets, online diaries
