Handle Recruitment is working with a leading entertainment company to find a Bespoke Planning Manager who will be responsible for New Release & Catalogue Planning activities; including manufacturing and inventory planning.
Working within the Physical Supply Chain department, key features will include:
- Being responsible for the development of both a manufacturing and shipment forecast for multiple assigned accounts/territories
- Coordination of inventory planning processes
- Meeting forecast accuracy goals for assigned accounts/territories
- Being responsible for the publication of daily, weekly and monthly forecast accuracy reporting including analysing account and sku specific data to improve forecast accuracy for manufacturing and distribution
- Leading forecast consensus reviews
- Attending supply chain meetings, as well as account and new release specific meetings, including periodic forecast accuracy and inventory review sessions
- Line managing the Bespoke Planning Analyst
Person specification:
- Strong production/planning experience, ideally within the entertainment industry
- Extensive forecasting experience
- Service delivery orientation
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Vinyl & Bespoke packing experience desirable
