Key Purpose of the Role:
To assist and support the Commercial Events Director in driving commercial revenues via exploration and delivery of the Bauer Media live event strategy throughout the UK, Europe and U.A.E. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in various branded event deliveries with knowledge and experience of the radio industry and various ticketing platforms would be highly desirable.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Building relationships with all existing promoter, marketing, ticketing and venue partners
Overview of all commercial events from planning to announcement to settlement, ensuring revenue targets met, contractual obligations and post event analysis completed
Assisting Commercial Events Director to research and develop new brand and promoter partnerships
Budget planning and management including assessment of profit generation on specific proposals
Management of ticket allocations across all events
Working with Brand marketing teams to create and co-ordinate all branding opportunities
Working and supporting Sponsorship and Promotions team to deliver obligations in respect to client and clients agencies, whilst protecting the integrity of the event

Qualifications and knowledge:
Knowledge of commercially ticketed public events – full mix (ticketing, production, security, parking, f&b, merchandise, sponsorship, budgets, venue settlements etc)
Previous experience of working on multiple brands and audience profiles
Previous experience of key event deliverables, and/or artist experience, working with event partners, production, clients and agencies
Understanding of marketing benefits for brands through commercial events
