This major Record Label with a diverse and eclectic roster of Artists is looking for a Commercial Manager to drive sales strategy for both digital and physical product.
Owning the P&L across all retail partners, key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Commercial Director to deliver the annual profit plan and ‘go to market’ strategy across all formats
- Managing all sales reporting and providing insight through release presentations both to retailers and to internal stakeholders
- Controlling pricing strategy for physical and digital product – both frontline and catalogue
- Presenting quarterly sales reviews to all major business partners
Coming from a background within Entertainment Retail, preferable from music, the ideal candidate will possess a high degree of commercial acumen with a plethora of experience of delivering commercial strategy for physical and digital product. You will be highly analytical, a strong influencer, an excellent presenter and have great knowledge of the entertainment retail landscape.
