As part of our ongoing expansion, Downtown Music UK is looking to recruit a full-time Creative Assistant to join our growing team in London. We are looking for someone with a creative and proactive approach, who will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Overseeing the online server system of music: uploading, organising, metadata, BOX services, collating
folders - Responding to creative sync briefs, from music supervisors and from the sync team
- Assisting with guest-list invites and mailouts for gigs and events
- Assisting the team with new business
- Diary management for the Head of A&R
- Organising and writing newsletters every month
- Collate reports where necessary
- Regularly meeting with the sync team to discuss creative opportunities for sync clients
- Assisting with research into new artists
- Attending gigs
- Be familiar with the Downtown music catalogue
You are:
- Someone with at least 1 year's Music industry experience in a creative department
- Understanding of systems protocol, best practice and operations
- A strong Team player
- Passionate about Music
- Down to earth, dynamic and confident
