The Role
The CRM and Marketing Assistant role is central to all of our communication with our customers.
This involves handling customer queries and issues and assisting with marketing activities such as social and email marketing. Whilst there are two distinct sides to this role a successful candidate will understand the two-way conversation that we must have with our customers and will see the opportunities presented by working across both aspects.
Candidates must have a desire to be involved in music and online retail and see this role as a key part of developing their career in a related industry.
Skills / Experience
Previous experience in an eCRM or marketing role would be advantageous but not essential. As this is a junior role, candidates should show a desire and aptitude to learn new skills. Accuracy and attention to detail alongside excellent numerical and literary skills are required.
Candidates should be critical of processes and systems around them. An ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate use of technology to facilitate better working practice.
