K7 Artist Management supports a diverse range of artists with innovative and creative approaches across the music value chain, working closely with the other departments of the company including Marketing, Sales & Distribution, and Licensing. K7’s current roster includes Tricky, Mykki Blanco, Brandt Brauer Frick, DJ Tennis, Marquis Hawkes, Bwana, and Luca D’Alberto – more to come.
For our team in Berlin or possibly also London we are looking for an experienced Day-to-day Artist Manager to support the management of our clients starting immediately.
The successful candidate shall have 1-2 years experience in the field of artist management.
The position includes but is not limited to following responsibilities:
Touring & live business
- Communication with booking agents, budgeting shows and tours
- Tour advancing together with tour manager and promoters (pre-production, logistics and hospitality planning) as well as coordination of tour press, merchandise etc.
- Tour accounting
Production & releases:
- coordination of recording sessions and asset production (videos, artwork, etc.)
- deals and contracts, communication with artists and labels
Press & social media:
- planning and coordination of campaigns
- communication with media and labels/marketing team
General administration:
- Understanding of general finance and accounting
- Understanding of taxes, insurances, general contracts etc.
