The new Editor will lead a team of award-winning writers and designers, shaping the future of the brand across all its platforms. He/she will have a deep intuition for the brand and its values and must be able to articulate how this could translate into new opportunities in print and beyond.
At their core, the Editor must have the skills and experience to plan and meticulously craft a successful monthly magazine with global appeal. He/she will have a rich contacts book of the most influential people in the music industry and be able to work with them and the MOJO team to create unique, insightful copy. The Editor must be a respected figurehead for the brand externally, and be able to lead and inspire internal teams across the business to further the success of MOJO.
The successful candidate will have drive, passion and vision, demonstrable experience in music journalism and as an editor, and a proven history of leading and motivating teams in a collaborative manner.
