ATC Live is a live booking agency based in Camden, London, created to provide artists with a new style of representation, bringing an unparalleled level of creative and strategic thinking to our artists. Due to expansion we are looking for a General Manager.
OVERVIEW
This newly created role will be a key position as the company grows.
Working closely with the company partners, you will plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of the business. You will also plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency, and manage staff for optimum performance.
MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply strategic planning to determine company objectives
- Set employee goals and objectives, maximize staff potential and review staff
- Evaluate and improve current business processes and systems
- Plan and implement procedures, systems, finances and budgets to maximize operating efficiency
- Review performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
- Determine staffing requirements and hire, train and supervise staff
- Analyze competitor and market trends
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Managing and inspiring a team of people
- Good overview of the music industry, and current market trends
- Knowledge of strategic planning and human resource management principles and procedures
- Knowledge of basic economic and accounting principles, practices and office administration
- Proficient in relevant software applications
- Specific booking agency experience not required but welcome
- Experience across a wide range of roles in the music industry preferable but not required
