ATC Live is a live booking agency based in Camden, London, created to provide artists with a new style of representation, bringing an unparalleled level of creative and strategic thinking to our artists. Due to expansion we are looking for a General Manager.

 

OVERVIEW

This newly created role will be a key position as the company grows.

Working closely with the company partners, you will plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of the business. You will also plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency, and manage staff for optimum performance.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply strategic planning to determine company objectives

  • Set employee goals and objectives, maximize staff potential and review staff

  • Evaluate and improve current business processes and systems

  • Plan and implement procedures, systems, finances and budgets to maximize operating efficiency

  • Review performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels

  • Determine staffing requirements and hire, train and supervise staff

  • Analyze competitor and market trends

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Managing and inspiring a team of people

  • Good overview of the music industry, and current market trends

  • Knowledge of strategic planning and human resource management principles and procedures 

  • Knowledge of basic economic and accounting principles, practices and office administration

  • Proficient in relevant software applications

  • Specific booking agency experience not required but welcome

  • Experience across a wide range of roles in the music industry preferable but not required
