Independent, intellectual property management company with stellar, international client-base, seeks a highly motivated lawyer to head-up its Business Affairs team. Intellectual property experience essential (particularly copyright and trademark) and a sound, working knowledge of contract and tort law is also highly desirable. Based in London and with the possibility of placements in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago, the ideal candidate would have circa 10 years’ experience (although exceptional candidates with shorter experience would be considered) and also have excellent communication skills, along with a proven track record of running or co-ordinating a team. Attention to detail and an ability to thrive whilst dealing with a heavy and challenging case-load – requiring the professionalism and dedication to work flexible hours – are absolute pre-requisites.
