Following a strategic restructure this global music brand requires a new Head of Ecommerce to drive the sales of UK music, merchandise and ticketing. Running a team of 6 you will advise the internal businesses on how to get the most out of ecommerce, act as escalation point in the design, build, content management and performance of Ecommerce stores as well as consult on best practice digital marketing and CRM.

The primary day to day tasks of this Head of Ecommerce role will be to build relationships with the heads of department, plan and schedule ecommerce store builds, oversee performance and work with the core platform team in the US to ensure the system delivers to business needs. 

This is not a purist marketing role as the marketing budget and management of campaigns sit firmly with each brand. This role will advise and may run tactical digital specific channels such as PPC. On the whole though the role is to physically deliver the ecommerce store and ensure that it runs efficiently.

To be effective in this role you must have worked in the music industry at some point in your career. In addition, you will be experience in delivering ecommerce solutions to drive sales.

Team, stakeholder and project management are all crucial.
