It’s with excitement that we are now accepting applications for this key role at Spitfire Audio.

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for the global sales and marketing function of the business. Leading a team of 9, the ideal candidate will be an experienced manager with excellent people skills, and have been involved in the international growth of a high quality brand. A background in e-commerce would be also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire and develop the teams within the marketing department
  • Oversee all product marketing and community activity
  • Work with key stakeholders to define pricing and messaging for products
  • Devise and execute the annual marketing strategy (including budget management)
  • Sales forecasting and regular sales performance reviews
  • Report on sales and community growth
  • Work closely with other department heads to ensure work is being delivered according to the product roadmap
  • Assess marketing and branding opportunities
  • Oversee international marketing expansion
  • Oversee e-commerce optimisation


  • 5+ years in a marketing role
  • Experience of team leadership
  • Highly confident communicator
  • Detail-orientated and focused
  • Able to demonstrate brand management
  • Experience of board-level interaction and reporting
  • A track record of leading successful creative campaigns/projects
  • Experience with analysis and KPIs
  • International growth experience
  • Ability to support creative talents and think about the bigger picture
  • An innate understanding of branding and quality


  • Interest/experience in music and music technology
