For our growing global team we are looking for a UK based International Coordinator. The role reports to the UK MD (London) and to the group CIO (Amsterdam) and will be based at our East London offices.
Role overview
• Work closely with the company's International Project Managers across all offices to support the set-up and roll-out of projects.
• Train and acquire proficiency in managing the company’s proprietary online reporting system as well as third party applications such as Haulix, Evernote, Redbooth and others.
• Coordinate the company’s UK intern programme.
• Support the London based UK MD and the company CIO with other general coordination tasks as required.
• Attend shows and/or promotional events on behalf of the company
Required skills
• Self-starter/quick learner with at least 1 year of Music Business experience.
• Outstanding organizational skills. Attention to detail is extremely important for this role.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines without direct supervision.
• Willingness to occasionally work particular hours due to our offices different time zones.
• Great inter-personal skills and ability to understand different cultural approaches to problem solving.
• Computer literacy in OSX and Office for Mac, particularly Word and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Some travel required.
Preferential skills
• Additional languages other than English will be a preferential factor in candidate selection. • Knowledge of WordPress back end.
• UK/European driving license would be useful, but not expected.
