Handle Recruitment is working with a Media Organisation to source an International Ticketing Manager to join their team in London.
Reporting to the International Operations Director, key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring presale opportunities are set up and executed in a timely fashion, providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Planning, setting up and managing all campaigns for ticketing, packages, upsells and ballots.
- Liaising with multiple ticketing agencies across territories, ensuring good communication is kept.
- Informing all relevant departments, ticketing agencies and managements of forthcoming on-sales as well as making sure all promoters are working directly with local ticket agents to agree ticket stock, payment and event details.
- Agreeing final figures and confirming monies due to local promoters, creating tour reports for both management and internally.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional detailed knowledge of Ticketing and Live Entertainment industries throughout the UK and Europe.
- The ability to deliver innovative and creative campaigns in order to maximise both value and revenue from them.
- A solid operational background with a calm and process driven approach and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience of working directly with artist management, promoters, booking and ticketing agents.
