Handle Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Production Coordinator to join a leading music and entertainment company on a 12 month contract. We are looking for someone to assist the production team with the digital and physical release process across a varied and hugely successful artist roster.
Main Duties:
- Create release schedules and distribute on a weekly basis
- Keep departmental systems updated on a regular basis
- Accurately schedule and start catalogue number set-up procedure
- Deal with any scheduling issues that arise, ensuring release date is met
- Publish all digital releases
- Manage departmental database
- Assist the Production Manager with digital releases
Key Qualities:
- Experience in a similar role is preferable
- Passionate about the music industry
- Understanding of both physical and digital release process
- Experience managing large volumes of data
- Process focused with good attention to detail
- Label / music publishing background preferred
