Absolute Label Services is looking for a great senior label manager to join our growing successful team!
Established 20 years ago, Absolute is the leading independent label services business, working with some of the best labels and artists in the independent sector.
Due to expansion, we have an exciting role for the right candidate to become an integral part of the label management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage existing label relationships
- Advise and implement release strategy, including devising and executing marketing plans
- Full campaign management, liaising with promo teams and ensuring information flows quickly between all team members
- Create new opportunities for labels during release cycle and beyond
- Responsible for the co-ordination of assets and oversee all digital and physical production of your releases
- Liaise with digital departments, production departments and neighbouring rights team
- Management of budgets and working alongside the Directors and Finance team
- Explore new artist and label partnerships with the ability to close deals
- Analyse sales, streaming and all relevant data
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 7 years significant experience in the music industry
- Have a well-rounded view of how the industry works
- Proven experience of traditional and digital marketing
- Excellent established contacts
- Impressive client relations and interpersonal skills

- A highly motivated, driven team player with a “can do” attitude
- An ability to multi-task whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Problem solver
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to keep apace with industry changes
- Commercially savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Knowledge of the label services sector an advantage
