Want to create digital campaigns for your own roster of artists? A management company and independent record label is looking for a Social Media and Digital Manager to join their team and work across a mixture of alternative and indie artists.
The role is based near Shoreditch and my client is looking for someone to be responsible for the day to day social media activity for all the artists and music brands. They are ideally looking for someone with new business experience who would want to pitch for new artists and eventually establish their own roster of acts.
You will be in charge of all community management alongside creating strategic campaign for the artists represented by the label. You will also be responsible for any content scheduling, branding and management alongside monitoring CRM activity.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in social media management at an entertainment brand or a similar creative digital rol
- Confident implementing and planning social media strategies for artists
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of web analytics tools including SEO Analysis and Google Analytics
- Previous experience working in a channel management role or an understanding of social media platforms and their measurement tools
- A knowledge of HTML, video editing and Photoshop will be beneficial
- An understanding of pitching and winning new business is also very beneficial and will be one of the key responsibilities for the role
- Wide knowledge of all the major social network platforms and upcoming trends in the industry
- Strong creative copywriting skills and proven content creation ability
