Song Solutions is a market leader within the Christian music sector of the copyright industry and is reputed for delivering excellence in copyright and publishing services.
To fully realize the growth potential which we are experiencing within the business, we wish to appoint a Copyright & Royalties Manager to help us build a sustainable staffing model for future development.
We are therefore seeking to appoint someone to oversee the day to day running of the department and to work alongside the Head of Song Solutions in developing and implementing strategies to grow the income potential from royalties and new catalogues.
The successful candidate will have a strong administrative gifting and good business acumen. A background in copyright and publishing would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Christian music.
Essential Christian is a Christian organisation. Our attitudes and conduct are motivated by our Christian faith. It is an occupational requirement for this role that we recruit someone whose personal beliefs fit in with our distinctly Christian motivation. This role will include the administration of Christian music catalogues and the management and development of relationships with Christian artists and worship leaders. We therefore expect the successful applicant to have a good understanding of the Christian faith as found in the Bible. They’ll be active in their faith and involved with a local Christian church.
All roles at Essential Christian may involve occasional attendance at Christian so flexibility of working hours will be required, with periods of time working away at UK Christian events possible.
This is a full-time permanent position based at Essential Christian’s offices in Uckfield, East Sussex.
