Handle Recruitment is working with a Music Company to find a Sync Licensing Coordinator to join their team in London.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to a broad range of licensing enquiries that come in to the Sync team
- Managing licence requests for a variety of film, tv, games & educational sync requests
- Seeking management and artist approval for sync requests and managing the process from start to finish
- Assisting the UK Sync licensing team, as required
- Building and managing relationships with artists and writers
- Developing relationships with media platforms including television, film, branded content and online video
- Building and managing existing relationships with artist managers, lawyers, writers and artists as well as external commercial clients
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to get things done in a timely fashion
- Minimum 1 year previous sync licensing experience
