Handle Recruitment are searching for a Synch Licensing Assistant for this leading Record Label based in London.
Working alongside senior members of the team, you will provide effective administrative support to the department in the processing of Synchronisation deals.
Key Duties:
- Assist in the Synchronisation deal planning and execution processes, including deal making, negotiation, licensing, invoicing, data entry, timetables, reporting, analysis, research, and auditing
- Diary management and co-ordinating booking meeting rooms etc.
- Administrative duties as required by the team
- Work with senior members of the team to leverage incoming projects and/or future opportunities
- Utilise Synchronisation systems to track performance, analyse trends, review time lines etc.
- Coordinate the completion of Synchronisation deals
Key Skills / Experience:
- Good IT systems knowledge to include Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Sound numerical and literacy ability
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Displays a wide knowledge of and a passion for music
- Synchronisation industry experience
- Degree qualified or equivalent
