Imagem Creative Services are seeking a passionate and energetic Synchronisation Executive / Manager (depending on experience) to join their UK team, reporting into Head of UK Creative Services.

Key Requirements/ attributes
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in the synchronisation industry
- Passionate, target driven and energetic; but also focussed, mature, respectful and responsible
- Exemplary networking and client servicing skills
- Deep cross-genre musical knowledge from cutting edge to deep catalogue to 20th Century Classical masters
- Nicely developed/developing little black book of industry contacts with particular focus on advertising agencies
- Willingness to take direction and to contribute to team goals
Key Responsibilities
- To proactively drive sales through networking, maintaining and developing relationships with key industry contacts
- To develop a solid network of clients through working autonomously and alongside Head of Creative Services, and on occasion Creative Director.
- To be an expert across all catalogues, to enthuse clients about the diversity and quality of our repertoire and to be their go-to person for all musical needs, to be a ‘taste-maker’ for our clients
- To proactively seek out synchronisation opportunities and expertly negotiate fees and terms
- To deliver first class client service
- To be an energetic, passionate exemplary ambassador for the Imagem brand, inspiring clients and upholding our reputation for first-class client service
- To fully service clients with music searches, clearance assistance, negotiation, showcases, events, plays lists etc, responding to briefs with relevant suggestions and in a timely manner
- To identify marketing opportunities for new or existing clients and to work with Marketing Assistant to execute these plans
- To be able to brief in bespoke composers for custom jobs
- To be able to brief in artists for commissioned cover versions
