Position: Telephone Sales and Administration
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Overall Purpose:
To take and make sales calls on both a pro and reactive basis and to manage the day to day sales administration activities of the company.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
To take sales calls from customers and to up-sell where appropriate…….to make calls to our customers and to sell new releases and campaigns. To administer the sales activities of the company including liaising with our field sales force daily.
Relationships and Communication:
You will be an integral part of our Labels, field sales and promotions team working closely with our product managers to ensure that the product they have chosen to release realises its maximum sales potential. You will be expected to react to promotions and reviews by selling these titles on a proactive basis. You will be expected to be an efficient administration manager to ensure that the administration of sales is efficiently undertaken.
Previous Experience and Knowledge:
Whilst we would prefer that you had previous telesales experience; ideally in the music industry we will offer training successful applicants who show an aptitude for sales and importantly a love for music.
