A&R Worldwide launched the first of its International Music Industry Awards at Musexpo 2014 last week, with UMG chairman and CEO Lucian Grainge taking the top prize.
Grainge took the gong for best music industry executive after being nominated alongside Atlantic Records US' Craig Kallman, former Sony Music UK boss Nick Gatfield and XL Recordings founder Richard Russell.
