Magic! score first UK No.1 single with highest streaming proportion to date
Canadian reggae fusion band Magic! earned their first Official Singles Chart No.1 with debut single Rude on Sunday - with 16% of the track's combined chart sales figure coming from streams.
That's the highest streaming proportion for a No.1 single since streaming began counting towards the Official Singles Chart last month and represents 1.4 million streams over the week.
Two other tracks were streamed over 1 million times last week - Ariana Grande's Problem (1.05m) and George Ezra's Budapest (1.02m).
