Anti-touting campaigners hail watershed week

Campaigners against exploitation of music fans through secondary ticketing are celebrating after a week in which the Government proposed moves to investigate the market.

Following a special meeting of the Culture, Media And Sport Select Committee in the House Of Commons last Tuesday (November 15), the parliamentary group has announced plans to amend the Digital Economy Bill to outlaw the use of bots, and has scheduled a meeting with Secretary Of State Karen Bradley to fully investigate the ticketing market, ...
