Line-up announced for Vevo stage at this year's The Great Escape

Vevo has announced its full stage line-up at this year’s The Great Escape, which takes place from May 18-20 in Brighton.

Marking its fifth year of curating a stage at Europe’s biggest festival for new music, Vevo is returning to Wagner Hall from Thursday, May 18 with performances from The Japanese House, Raye, Rejjie Snow, Will Joseph Cook and Sløtface also slated to perform.

Friday's line-up boasts Rat Boy, Dream Wife, Dagny, Ider and Adam Naas, while the final day will be headlined by Stefflon Don and will also feature performances from InHeaven, Ryan De La Cruz and Shy Luv.

The garden at Wagner Hall will also play host to daytime acoustic sessions from a selection of the artists playing the evening, as well as bonus acts including Liv Dawson, Sigrid, Salen, Poppy Adjuda, The Parrots, Dodie and Killason. Wagner Hall will be open to under 18’s who have purchased a young adult ticket for the festival for the daytime acoustic sessions.

Iggy Azalea made her first ever UK festival appearance on the Vevo stage back in 2013, and 2016 Vevo LIFT artist Jack Garratt was a highlight of 2015’s festival. Previous years have also seen sets from names including Craig David, Blossoms, MØ and George Ezra.

Vevo’s dscvr programme has established itself as a go-to destination for the best in new music. A who’s who of names including Sam Smith, Years & Years, Catfish And The Bottlemen, Wolf Alice and James Bay having risen up the ranks from the Vevo launch pad.
