Oliver Bengough now owns 100% of London's KOKO

Entrepreneur Oliver Bengough has completed the acquisition from Loton Corp of the remaining 50% of shares in Obar Camden Holdings Limited (OCHL), the holding company of Obar Camden Limited, which owns and operates  London's KOKO venue.

Loton Corp entered into a non-binding letter of intent to sell its 50% share of Koko last year with Loton’s wholly-owned subsidiary, LiveXLive, entering into a three-year agreement for certain exclusive digital broadcast rights of Koko events.

Mint Group terminated its agreement to manage KOKO in January 2016 announcing at the time that the venue’s management would in future report to Mint and KOKO founder, Bengough.

Bengough now owns 100% of OCHL with the purchase date confirmed as November 30, 2016.

Said Bengough: "This marks a great day for the company and for the future of KOKO. The well-being and continued success of this iconic live venue is now secured.”
