Bauer Media has poached 6 Music executive Kate Cocker to become content controller of Key 103.

Cocker joins the Manchester-based station having held a number of producer roles at the BBC digital network, most recenttly looking after programming for Mary Anne Hobbs. She was previously part of the content team that launched Global-owned XFM Manchester and has run her own talent management business, What Goes On Media, for five years.
