Following the success of its App Store for the iPhone and iPad, last week Apple launched a dedicated app store for Mac computers. It is available in 90 countries and 1,000 apps were available at launch. More than 1m apps were downloaded on its opening day.
The free Absolute desktop app gives users access to its network of stations - including Absolute Radio, Absolute 80s and Absolute Classic Rock.
