Adele, James Bay and Years & Years lead the 2016 BRIT Awards nominations, with four nods apiece.
 
XL/Beggars-signed Adele, who has broken sales records with her latest album, 25, is up for British Female Solo Artist, British Single and British Artist Video Of The Year (both for Hello) and Mastercard British Album Of The Year (for 25). She’s also the clear frontrunner for the BRITs Global Success Award, given for global sales success.
