Adele's Skyfall in the running for an Oscar
Adele’s James Bond track Skyfall is in the running for an Oscar, after receiving a nomination in the Original Song category.
The song was written by the singer herself and producer Paul Epworth, as the title theme for the 23rd Bond film released last year.
Others nominated in the Original Song category include Before My Time from Chasing Ice, Everybody Needs A Best Friend from Ted , Pi’s Lullaby from Life of Pi and Suddenly from Les Miserables.
