Adrian Karvinen has joined Three Six Zero Group's Los Angeles operation, bringing with him acts including Say Lou Lou, Miamigo, Kyiki and James Malone.

Karvinen, who launched Big Wednesday Management in 2013, spent the early part of his career in Australia working in A&R alongside Michael Taylor of Universal Music Group. He then moved to Stockholm where he worked with Daniel Ledinsky and Michel Petre as International Exploitation Manager for Family Tree Music/Sony Music Sweden, before relocating to London.
