AEG Brasil appoints executive director to oversee venue operations
Brazilian business executive Venancio de Castro has been appointed to the newly created position of executive director of AEG Brasil.
De Castro, who most recently served as chief marketing officer for AIG Seguros Brasil SA, will be responsible for the management of AEG Brasil’s corporate staff and office in São Paulo, as well as overseeing AEG Facilities’ venue operations at Itaipava Arena Pernambuco, Recife, the Maracanã Complex in Rio de Janeiro, and Allianz Parque in São Paulo.
