Live entertainment giant AEG and Outbox Enterprises have formed a JV with C3 Presents to purchase global ticketing firm Front Gate Tickets.
Front Gate provides tickets for events including Coachella Festival, Austin City Limits Festival and Lollapalooza.
C3's former director of ticketing Maura Gibson will now become Front Gate president.
