Performing as part of his Halloween Night Of Fear tour on October 28 at the Arena means that Cooper will have played there in every decade since the seventies, the Evening Standard reports.
It will also be the third year running that the 64-year-old has brought his Halloween show to the UK.
Cooper said: "What would Halloween be without me anyway? I mean, I practically invented it."
The seven-night Halloween Night of Fear III tour follows his appearance at Bloodstock festival in August. Cooper is booked for further shows in Cardiff, Bournemouth, Edinburgh and Sheffield.

October 25th - Wolverhampton Civic Hall
October 27th - Bournemouth International Centre
October 28th - London Wembley Arena
October 30th - Nottingham Royal Concert Hall
October 31st - Edinburgh Usher Hall
November 1st - Sheffield City Hall
