Fears were sparked when a London Gazette report of an ATP meeting between creditors over insolvency was unearthed, revealing that the company called in a liquidator on June 28.

All Tomorrow's Parties, which also promotes gigs and has a recording arm, took to Twitter to say:

"To address the rumours going around; there are some changes currently happening with the company, however, none of the currently scheduled events or future events will be affected.
