le'Roy Benros, manager to Island Records artist Angel Haze has struck an imprint label deal with Universal Music Group in association with Sarah Stennett's Turnfirst Records.

The newly formed label will be a separate division to le'Roy's management enterprise that represents Angel.

The imprint, Noizy Cricket!! will be a development label with the intention to sign artists that require funding and resources to establish their careers before entering into a major label structure.

Before Angel Haze, Benros helped shaped the careers of indie-rap group Das Racist by executive producing mixtape Sit Down, Man. He is also the director of Booking at NYC venue SOB's.

Turnfirst’s Sarah Stennett, manager to Ellie Goulding, Rita Ora, and others, says of Benros: "le'Roy is an exceptionally talented A and R and marketing strategist and I am very excited to part of supporting Le'Roy's ambitions for Noizy Cricket!!"
