Greek singer Demis Roussos has died as a result of complications from cancer.
The artist died at home yesterday (Sunday, January 25). Roussos was born in 1946 in Alexandrië (Egypt). Due to the Suez crisis the Roussos family returned to Greece in 1958. In the mid-60s he played in several bands in Greece including The Idols and We Five.
